Deleting your account

We understand that you may wish to delete your account, and we respect your decision. To proceed with the account deletion process, please follow the steps outlined below:


Step 1: Please send an email to outlining the following details: 

  • Account holder name

  • Patient name

  • Contributor accounts

Step 2: We will confirm your identity with you and ask if you are certain that your details and data should be deleted as this is an irreversible action.

Step 3: After confirming your decision, your account deletion request will be actioned. Please note that this action is irreversible, and all your account data, including your personal information, preferences, and saved data, will be permanently deleted.

Step 4: Depending on the volume of account deletion requests, it may take some time for our system to process your request. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Step 5: Once your account deletion request has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the completion. Please check your registered email address for this notification.

Please note that by deleting your account, you will lose access to all app features, saved data, and or subscriptions associated with your account. This action cannot be undone, so please consider it carefully before proceeding.
